Georgia Bellas is a writer/artist/filmmaker. Passionate about puppets and plants, she is a ventriloquist and plays theremin in the hypnagogic band Sugar Whiskey. Her teddy bear is host of the podcast Mr. Bear’s Violet Hour.

Performance summary: What Time Is It, Mrs. Wolf? is a meditation on memory and grief. This show was created in PuppetSoup’s teatro lambe lambe class.

Film summary: Dead Mouse is a surreal, pop-up retelling of the fable “Town Mouse and Country Mouse.” This piece was created in Jaerin Son’s “Pop-Up Book as Stage Design” class at the Chicago International Puppet Theater Festival.
