PERFORMANCE

the woman who mistook her hat with her husband

By Chaussette Paillette

The woman who mistook her hat for her husband" is a short form of paper theater. The story takes place in 2035. Madame Danielle lives alone with her paralyzed husband. For 15 years, they have lived in confinement and have no contact with the outside. By creating a parody of "the twilight zone", the famous television series of the 60s, "the woman who mistook her husband for her hat" is an absurd staging of the angst, isolation and paranoia that passed through our privacy during the first wave of Covid 19.
